A multilateral bank has released a general procurement notice relating to the formation of a national identification system (NIDS) in Jamaica. NIDS is intended to be a reliable database of Jamaican citizens and other residents of Jamaica.

Specifically this opportunity will include:

  • design and development of the national identification system,

  • drafting of legal framework,

  • ICT issues

  • economic assessment

  • auditing.
