The Asia Task Force is chaired by the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation & Skills, and Lord Powell of Bayswater (private sector Chair). Its aim is to bring together experts from industry, education and government to focus on boosting British exports to, and investment in, Asian countries. It meets twice a year to discuss what it can practically do to help achieve this aim.
In December 2011 the Asia Task Force launched its Explore Asia Campaign focusing on galvanising more UK companies to take advantage of the varied opportunities in Asia with the support that Government and partners can provide. Find out about our UK events programme at www.businessinasia.co.uk
