What are the Opportunities?
There is wide-spread international interest in ongoing reconstruction and restructuring programs, particularly in the North and East of the country with the majority of major project contracts won
by Chinese or Indian companies. PPP ventures between the Sri Lankan Government and foreign companies are encouraged in theory, but yet to be fully exploited.
