Russia - Gravitational Enrichment of Ore, Non-Metallic Minerals and Industrial Materials
Russian company would welcome cooperation with a UK company using it's technology as a basis for cooperation. The company provides technology of gravitational enrichment of ore, non-metallic minerals and industrial materials by means of the use of standardized technology techniques and specialty chemicals, including the methodology for their application, depending on the characteristics of objects and enrichment technologies.
Size factor enriched with products of technology, which the company offers, is in the range of standard size (hundreds of microns) to the colloidal (nano-sized) range.
Processions, used in the decisions, include targeted modification of the surface layers of the particle suspension, which allows to make effective separation in the gravitational fields in size, shape, specific weight and, ultimately, to allocate almost monomineralic factions. As an example, it can be reduced disposal technology of clay fractions from natural chalk, the enrichment of diatomite, gold placer with the gold from the dust-like, also gold-bearing ores of complex mineral composition, which concentration is complicated by the presence of finely dispersed lamellar gold and the presence of argillaceous rocks, ore-containing rocks virgin ore and platinum. Using the proposed technical solutions opens up new possibilities for the effective removal of silicon oxide by selective flotation.
The proposed enrichment technology improves the efficiency of many of gravitational processes by 30-50%, and for a number of products containing finely dispersed and clay components, in principle, to implement enrichment to obtain a final product. The above mentioned products are tested and used in the enrichment nickel ores in South Africa.
