Tech City UK: The Digital Capital of Europe

The Tech City Investment Organisation (TCIO) was established by UKTI to support the growth of the tech cluster in East London.

Joanna Shields is Chief Executive Officer for the Tech City Investment Organisation. Joanna was previously Vice President and Managing Director of Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Facebook. Joanna is also the UK Government’s Business Ambassador for the Digital Industries.
