Westminster Tube Station

Westminster Tube Station in London was completely rebuilt in 1999 as part of the Jubilee Line Extension.

In a project designed by Michael Hopkins & Partners, the buildings around the station were demolished and the sub-surface station completely reconstructed. The design won a number of awards and was short-listed in 2001 for the prestigious RIBA Stirling Prize.
