UKTI has helped design and management consulting firm AECOM to find new business in Brazil through introductions to new contacts in government and the private sector

UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) has helped AECOM to find new business in Brazil through introductions to new contacts in government and the private sector. The firm first established an office in Brazil in 1998, to take advantage of the country’s rapidly growing economy. It now offers its design and management consulting services across a range of sectors.

AECOM’s large UK office has collaborated with UKTI for many years. In May 2011, UKTI invited AECOM to a conference in London where it met with large Brazilian companies and contractors. The meetings allowed AECOM to develop key relationships which have led to over ten new contracts.
