The Executive Board’s key responsibilities are to contribute to the delivery of UK Trade & Investment’s corporate objectives through

• providing leadership and strategic direction

• allocation of resources to deliver corporate objectives

• owning and managing the principal risks facing UK Trade & Investment

• helping to strengthen planning, performance and change management in UK Trade & Investment

• ensuring the operation of an effective corporate governance system of internal controls
