India – Proposals for Preparation of Master Plan of Modern Integrated Township of BDA
Invitation of Proposals for Preparation of Master Plan of Modern Integrated Township of BDA for developing a Township project of around 1000 acres in the outskirts of Bhubaneswar.
The interested parties may submit their proposals including credentials mentioning their firm’s experience in similar projects, dedicated manpower, approach and methodology and other relevant details as mentioned in the ToR, along with their financial quote for the project. Only those parties who have successfully completed at least one similar work in an area measuring not less than 100 acres in the last ten years (1999-2000 to 2009-10) may apply.
Similar work shall mean preparation of Master Plan for a Township / Urban Development project / Institutional Hub or Campus / Integrated Industrial Area or Estate / Town Planning Scheme.
Proposals shall be evaluated on both technical capability and financial offer as detailed out in the ToR. The financial quote should be in INR and include all expense like professional fees, incidental expenses, travel and stationary charges, applicable taxes etc.
BDA reserves all rights to accept or reject any or all the proposals.
