Portugal - Expertise on Marine Energy Infrastructure
A Portuguese company is looking for expertise on marine infra-structure, engineering, cabling and mooring to support development of a Wave Pilot Zone in Portugal.
A Wave Pilot Zone concession has been approved by the Portuguese government this year and will demand investments to make sure the pilot zone has all the needed infrastructures to develop wave energy projects. The Portuguese National Energy Strategy issued March 2010 states an objective of 250 MW from wave power by 2020.
