‘Meet the Buyer’ opportunities

UKTI DSO has a major presence at two important UK defence and security exhibitions – the Farnborough International Air Show and DSEi. On each occasion a number of overseas military and Government procurement officials are invited by UKTI DSO to attend. Under the management of UKTI DSO the overseas delegates are escorted to as many UK stands as possible. Unfortunately not every UK stand can be guaranteed a visit and for some SMEs the cost of exhibiting at these shows can be prohibitive.

The UKTI DSO Small Business Unit organises discrete ‘Meet the Buyer’ opportunities at these shows, allowing SMEs, where exhibiting or merely visiting, to network and exchange business information with a number of selected overseas delegates. This is a fantastic opportunity for UK SMEs to get closely alongside some of the most important and influential people in the overseas supply chain.
